THE PROJECT

The architectural design of the towers presents two distinct characters. The first three floors, housing commercial activities and offices, feature fully glazed facades. The external structure is made of reinforced concrete painted black. The ground floor entrances are highlighted by gold-colored metal arches. The upper roof closure consists of an opaque black metal profile.

From the fourth floor, when the towers separate, the appearance changes significantly. The load-bearing reinforced concrete structure (covered in metal) is emphasized, almost resembling an exoskeleton of the building. The floor slabs are also accentuated with metal string courses. The wall is a ventilated facade made up of local stone slabs suspended from a metal framework.

The lower section will be covered with basalt or black tuff slabs, while the upper part will be in beige travertine or light tuff. Adjacent to the balconies, there are niches on the facade, designed to increase the depth of the balconies, creating an open-air room-like feel. The balconies will have glass parapets.

The DEVELOPMENT is not limited to the construction of a group of mixed-use buildings within the property area. The Project has the ambition of being a true point of reference and a driving force for initiatives for the entire neighborhood.

The idea is to provide not only new services that will be welcomed within the new structures, such as a finance center, commercial and cultural areas, but also to recover and revive existing structures in the immediate surroundings. The public park (English park) which will be redeveloped and directly connected to the new construction. In this way, a direct connection will be created between the city center and this new “centrality”.
